Expertise in OOP
Expertise in ORM
Expertise in Web development scripting: MySQL and/or .Net and MS SQL
Expertise in Web GUI development
Expertise in Data base design
Proficiency with front-end scripting including: JavaScript, AJAX 
Experience or exposure to Mobile application development 
Good reasoning and sound judgment
Interested in self development.
