Our client, a prestigious bank is looking for
a Corporate Communications Associate to join their expanding team in Bahrain.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the calendar, prepare communications and telephone reception as well
as perform other secretarial duties.
• Preparing travel arrangements (e.g., flight and hotel reservations, visa
applications, transportation, etc).
• Maintain database of contacts, complete expense reports as well as filing and
copying documents.
• Familiar with media and PR related matters and undertake special projects, as
required.
SKILLS
• Diploma in Secretarial ship or degree in
Business administration or equivalent, though Graphic Design qualifications
will be an advantage.
• At least 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, preferably in PR
offices or Corporate Information/Communications in the banking industry in the
GCC.
• Excellent oral & written skills in English as well as Arabic.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems.
