Education & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Experience:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar role in Travel Industry or customer-service oriented environment.

2. GCC experience preferable.

Skills:

1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Arabic is an advantage.
3. Self-motivated, good articulation, proactive, presentable with excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Valid driving license.
